Executive Director | Full-Time | ($75K-80K annually, based on experience) Created Women is seeking a new Executive Director to lead our team and help guide the continued growth and impact of our ministry. This collaborative leader will work alongside our Board of Directors and staff to provide leadership across strategy, programs, fundraising, financial stewardship, team development, and organizational sustainability. The Executive Director will also play a key role in leading fundraising efforts yearly operating goals and fundraising campaigns for special projects.

As a faith-based ministry, we are looking for more than an organizational leader. Our Executive Director should be a spiritually mature leader who leads with integrity, compassion, and discernment; is committed to praying for the ministry; and is comfortable providing pastoral care, prayer, and biblical encouragement to our residents, staff, and volunteers.
