Resident Care Specialist | Part -Time ($15/hour): This compassionate and dependable team member will provide trauma-informed support within our Harbor residential program, helping create a safe, peaceful, and encouraging environment for women healing from human trafficking. Through evening and weekend supervision, conflict de-escalation, emergency response, and meaningful group activities, the Resident Care Specialist helps foster stability, connection, and personal growth among residents.
